I would like to have had a paper template for marking the spots to drill my seat bracket. I would have gladly paid an exchange fee to swap my bracket for a predrilled unit.

Back rest is GREAT. Communication was good from sellers and I have no complaints. Would purchase again if needed and would recommend anyone to purchase this.
