Backrest seems to be a quality product, with a better fit & finish than the website pictures do justice. Color & stitching match very well with the stock seat. I almost went with a different brand because of those pictures. I also didn’t use the seat plug that came with backrest but bought the Show Chrome brand slotted seat plug instead. I ordered the sport pad because it’s smaller but still has plenty of support. I would have preferred it be shaped a little more like Kuryakyn or Show Chrome pad to better match styling of stock seat. The hardware seems robust & has plenty of adjustment. The pouch is a must for wife for cell phone, chap stick & sun block. Something she was use to on previous touring bikes. Definitely would recommend the product.
I just got this installed on my 2014 Triumph America. It fits and looks great. I did however have an upholstery shop reinstall the foam and cover after I installed the mounting bracket. That was only $40 and definitely saved me time and frustration. I'm looking forward to my 1st ride soon as the weather allows. I'm happy with the quality and style, and made in America.
I love the backrest, but mounting it installing it was difficult because the first four set of screws the bolts would not fit. Thankfully you sent me an extra set. What’s the bolts fit perfectly. I don’t understand why but that’s a deal. Thank you.
The Utopia seat pad matched my 2015 Roadmaster exactly. Great product, easy install, great company.
Shipped quick and arrived nicely packed. I haven't had a chance to install this as my bike is in storage and not at my home for the winter. I will have more feedback after that : )!
I was intimidated by having to take the seat apart, but by following instructions on the K1600 forum and talking to Utopia Customer Service, I was able to make the installation and it went smoothly. This is a quality and well designed product - it matches the factory seat nicely. I highly recommend it.
Great customer support during the ordering process - they really made sure I received the right product for my bike (2010 Rocket 3). Delivery to Australia went very smoothly. Fits perfectly, easy to install and is very comfortable to use. My only gripe is that the forward/back adjustment screw is small and fiddly to adjust - works fine if only one person rides the bike. I searched for a while to find a backrest for my new BMW R18 TC. It's a great bike, I wanted a good product. This was on the pricier side, but I am glad I did it. It looks stock, they do a great job matching color and texture to the original seat. Installs in minutes, adjust easily, and despite my concerns it may look to big (I ordered the bigger one of the two) it looks really nice. Installs in place of the loop. Decent instructions with photos.

I have found the back rest to be so so so comfortable. I have a lower back disk problem and this back rest has sorted this out straight away. It gives support to my whole back and the comfort extends up the whole of my back. The quality is extremely good and fitting it to my Goldwing was simple. It also makes the bike look more attractive. It just looks in total proportion to the bike. Keep up the great work.
