We are a small company with few people involved. We all take great pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied! If there is a concern, give us a call and we’ll work it out.

Now for our official policy:

• Products may be returned within thirty days of receiving it, for any reason. Products must be unaltered and returned in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued. We will cover the shipping cost if the product is defective, otherwise the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

• Our products are warranted for one year. Problems with the quality or workmanship of our product occurring within the first year will be remedied by repair or replacement of the defective product. Products damaged by negligence or normal wear and tear may not be returned.

• Under no circumstances will Utopia Products cover, or be responsible for any damage or problems with the customer’s motorcycle seat or any other part of the bike.

• Products that have been customized specifically for you or your bike are not returnable.

• Items that have been sold as “seconds” or discounted because of flaws in the workmanship are sold “as-is” and are not returnable.

• Backrests must have been purchased directly through Utopia Products. Otherwise please refer to the retailer’s return policy.
