Black Boot - Seat Protector

I didn't actually get this item, I needed the T-Nuts for mounting the bracket to the seat. I called about getting new parts, and was told to order this item for about $6.00 and they would send the T-Nuts, that are not listed on the web site, in that package. Got all new nuts and bolts in the mail the following week, had the backrest mounted in about 10 minutes and got the seat mounted so I could ride. A simple phone call and they took care of everything, instead of me spending hours online looking for them. Great customer service and a great product!

I ordered a replacement part for my Utopia seat backrest. Apparently it was delayed in the mail and thought to be lost. I contacted customer service and without any questions asked they sent me out a replacement. The following day I received the original part and tried to stop the second unit from being mailed. It was too late and they advised me just to keep both. Thank you much for helping me out with the situation.
