Great Customer Service, my backrest broke at one of the welds. I called Utopia, they sent me a new one within 3 days. Although the warranty was out. Got a new piece. I can't say enough about Utopia, this is my 2nd bike with their backrest. Great Products, Great Service, would definitely buy from them again...

This is a high quality product that matched my old 1998 Honda Magna VF750C perfectly! Also purchased the comfort pad but felt it was too big for my back. So I contacted Andy and he offered to swap it out for the Sport smaller sized pad. We split the shipping costs and I am very happy with not only the product but just how flexible and accommodating this company is!! Highly recommend buying from Utopia Products!!
