Although this is a good product, and I have had one of these previously, this time, I'm not satisfied. First, I did not want studs, and it came with studs. I think something on the order page online may have been misleading, but more likely, the shipper dropped the ball. Secondly, asking for a review in the middle of February when the product cannot be used makes no sense! Ask me what I think in May!
The product is basically excellent, too bad it wasn't well handled. In addition, I don't yet know if supplied hardware will be adequate for installation - we'll see when the weather is warmer, and I can get the bike out of winter storage.

We have checked and found that the default setting for the 'Studs' choice was to add them, instead of 'no studs.' We would be more than happy to exchange the pad for you and refund the extra amount paid for the studs. As for the request for a review, it was sent automatically 30 days after your purchase in January. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We hope to serve you better in the future. Had good luck in the past and liked thier products. This time ordered proper backrest,didn’t fit and wanted to charge to make it right. Still like past product but service isn’t good

We want to assure you that we always strive to provide the best fit for our customers' bikes. In some cases, there may be multiple seat designs for a specific bike model or the seat may have been modified, making our mounting hardware incompatible. However, we did offer two solutions in this situation - a full refund if you return the product or modifying the mounting bracket to fit your bike. We also understand that you requested to modify the pouch as well. While we do ask customers to cover the cost of our welder and sewer when making specific parts for their backrest, we do not feel this is unreasonable. Our main goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied and we hope to have the opportunity to make it right for you in the future. Thank you for choosing our products.
I found this company by reading on an Indian forum discussing backrest options. I reviewed the product, called them and discussed fitment and options with Andy which took time to describe and explain everything thank you! Received backrest and mounting bracket quickly and packaged well. Installation is pretty basic and explained within instructions, fit was excellent and parts high quality. Adjustments are simple, backrest is supportive and highly comfortable, looks great with factory seat. Overall I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product and company after comparing to others which I’ve owned. Comfort, quality, appearance and customer support unmatched by others to date thank you.
