I was recommended this back rest by my local Kawasaki dealership. I sent several emails to which Andy replied promptly and professionally. At one point he even sent me his cell phone number and told me to call him so we could make sure we had the details of the order worked out. I actually installed the seat on both the Kawasaki Vaquero and also a Kawasaki voyager seat. The install was easy and straightforward and it took maybe an hour and twenty minutes to install the hardware on both seats. The mounting hardware was very thick and sturdy and the rest is extremely comfortable. I like how it is adjustable back-and-forth, and that it pivots to fit the contour of your back also. It appears to be very well-made all over. I’m extremely satisfied with it and I’m looking forward to some long rides. Thank you for the help
