Ordered and received this seat for my 2010 1700 Voyager as promised and after having some questions promptly responded to by staff. This is a very high quality and well made product. It fit perfectly, and although a little intimidating for me to dismantle the back seat, went together easily. Highly recommend you watch the installation video before you begin. The seat back is comfortable and fully adjustable and does not interfere at all with passenger room or comfort. this is a great purchase and less than half the price of a stock backrest. Great folks to work with. 

I purchased the backrest for my 2010 Kawasaki 1700 Voyager. Arrived as promised. A question I had on the seat prior to ordering was responded to very promptly and professionally. This is a very high quality backrest and mounting hardware. With excellent adjustments both up and down as well as lean forward or back. A little intimidating tearing apart the rear seat to mount it, but following the instructions and particularly watching the video (highly recommended), it was quick, easy and went back together without any problems. Looks great and has no impact on rear rider room or comfort. In fact, seat comes with a leather pouch attached to the back of the seat which detaches to provide a small purse/carrying bag for the passenger.

I purchase your backrest before my 4000 mile trip, it was the best ride I had so far, thanks to your team!!! great product!!!!!!

I'm pleased to say I have joined the ranks of happy owners of the Utopia Driver Custom Backrest. I am finding it to be all it is advertised to be. Needed a little phone help with instillation (thanks, Bob), but recently returned from a 400+ mile trip, and the backrest was wonderful. Before, after about an hour on the bike, my back would start to ache, but I have not experienced any of that with the backrest. I certainly hope that when Bob is ready to retire, that someone else in the family will step up to continue the company.
