Great Product - Poor Instructions

I've used Utopia backrests on numerous Gold Wings, but this was my first attempt to install one on a Suzuki Burgman 650. First, there was no need to remove the stock seat as specified in the instructions. Also, there was no mention of removing the vinyl cover from the rear of the stock adjustable pad, and the orientation of the small extension on the seat ridge is not defined, although this piece is asymmetrical. Come on Utopia, you can do better!

Just installed on Burgman 650. Great instructions, easy project. Did not need to remove the seat for installation. Wish all my projects were this good

Installed on a Burg 650 from the start. 7 years and 55K miles later -- could not have had such long, enjoyable rides without the rest. And still looks like new (bike garaged but do ride in rain).

I actually bought my backrest before purchasing my bike. It was my first mod, and the ease of installation was great. Comfort lever is way up, waiting for the weather to get warmer and take her out on a long ride. Thanks for a great product.

Ordered for my '11 Burgman 650 Executive. I have to say this is top quality and looks/feels great on the scooter. Do yourself a favor and remove the seat before attempting install! Love it and would order again.
