Great customer support during the ordering process - they really made sure I received the right product for my bike (2010 Rocket 3). Delivery to Australia went very smoothly. Fits perfectly, easy to install and is very comfortable to use. My only gripe is that the forward/back adjustment screw is small and fiddly to adjust - works fine if only one person rides the bike.
